Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 01 October 2025
1) Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are legally binding and govern the relationship between you (“Cardholder”, “you”) and SkyCash Pay line, a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands with its registered office at Essenstraat 1, 5616 LG Eindhoven, Netherlands (“SkyCash Pay line”, “SkyCash”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), in connection with your participation in our virtual card program (the “Program” or “SkyCash”).
By applying for, receiving, activating, or using a SkyCash virtual card (the “Card”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not apply for or use the Card.
2) Scope of the Program
The Program enables eligible participants to obtain virtual payment cards for online transactions. Cards are issued by one or more partner issuing banks (each, an “Issuer”) and may operate on various payment networks including, without limitation, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay (each, a “Network”).
Your Card remains the property of the Issuer and is subject to:
these Terms;
any additional Issuer terms and Network rules; and
applicable laws and regulations.
3) Eligibility & KYC/AML Requirements
Minimum age: 16 years old.
Territorial availability: You must be located in, or a resident of, a region where the Program is offered.
KYC tiers: Requirements vary by Program and jurisdiction:
Simplified KYC: Access to basic features with transaction/balance caps.
Full KYC: Required for higher limits or specific use cases; includes identity verification and supporting documents.
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): May be required based on risk, jurisdiction, or usage patterns.
Ongoing verification: We may verify or reassess your eligibility and information at any time and may approve or reject participation at our sole discretion.
KYC/EDD requirements applicable to your Card will be clearly presented during the application or upgrade process.
4) Card Issuance, Activation & Term
Issuance: Cards are issued by the relevant Issuer designated for your Program/region.
Activation: Cards are activated for a defined period at issuance. You may extend or renew this period through the app if available for your Card type.
Ownership: The Card is non-transferable and may be used only by the named Cardholder.
5) Card Expiry & Balance Forfeiture
Unless otherwise stated, all virtual cards are valid for up to five (5) years from the date of issuance. Upon expiry, the Card becomes inactive and any remaining balance may be deducted/forfeited and will not be available for use. You are solely responsible for monitoring your Card’s expiry date and using the balance beforehand.
6) Loads, Top-Ups & Transaction Limits
Load/Top-Up Limits
Some Cards may be reloadable; availability depends on Program rules.
Daily/weekly/monthly/annual load limits may apply.
Limits depend on KYC level, Program, and jurisdiction.
Applicable limits will be displayed in-app at the time of load/top-up.
Transaction Limits
Minimum/maximum per-transaction amounts apply.
Repeated declines may trigger temporary suspension or additional checks.
After ten (10) consecutive declined transactions, your Card may be frozen or suspended by the Issuer to comply with regulatory or risk controls.
Fees may apply to loads, FX, or other actions (see Section 10).
7) Permitted Use & Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Card beyond available balance or contrary to Issuer/Network rules.
The Card must not be used in countries or territories subject to comprehensive sanctions or designated by the FATF as high-risk/non-cooperative for AML/CFT, or for any illegal or prohibited purpose.
Category or merchant restrictions may apply and vary by Program (e.g., certain high-risk MCCs).
We or the Issuer may block specific transactions or merchants to comply with law, Network rules, or risk controls.
8) Suspension, Freezing & Termination
We may suspend, freeze, or terminate your Card or account, with or without notice, if we or the Issuer reasonably suspect:
violation of these Terms or Issuer/Network rules;
fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity;
excessive declined transactions;
regulatory or sanctions concerns; or
a request/instruction from the Issuer, a regulator, or law enforcement.
You will be notified by email or in-app where permitted by law.
9) Fees & Costs
All applicable fees and charges (e.g., issuance/creation fee, activation fee, reload fee, FX/conversion fee, Network/processing fee, replacement/renewal fee, administrative fees) are shown transparently in-app at the relevant step and may be updated from time to time.
Always review the latest fee schedule in the app before proceeding with any action.
10) Foreign Exchange & Network Processing
If your transaction or load involves currency conversion:
FX rates are set by the Issuer/Network or service providers;
FX margins and Network fees may apply;
The final settled amount may differ from an initial authorization due to rate changes, additional fees, or gratuities/adjustments by the merchant.
11) Refunds, Reversals & Chargebacks
Merchant refunds post back to your Card once received from the merchant acquirer and Issuer; timing is outside our control.
Reversals/chargebacks follow Network and Issuer rules. You must:
promptly notify us of any unauthorized or disputed transaction;
provide supporting documents within the stated deadlines.
Not all transactions are eligible for chargeback. Outcomes depend on Network/Issuer rules and evidence.
12) Card Security & Your Responsibilities
Keep your Card credentials (number, CVV, expiry, one-time codes) confidential.
Use only on trusted devices and secure networks.
Report immediately any suspected compromise, unauthorized use, or error through the in-app support channels.
We, the Issuer, and our partners are not liable for losses arising from your failure to take reasonable security measures.
13) Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time). By using the Program, you consent to such processing. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use it, the legal bases, with whom we share it, and your rights.
14) Compliance; Monitoring & Controls
Transactions may be monitored by automated systems to detect unusual or high-risk patterns.
We may request additional information (e.g., source of funds, enhanced KYC) to meet AML/CFT and sanctions obligations.
Failure to cooperate may result in limits, holds, or suspension.

We may contact you via in-app messages, email, SMS, or push notifications using the details you provided. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and up to date.
16) Changes to the Program or these Terms
We may amend these Terms or alter/withdraw features of the Program at any time. Changes take effect upon posting in the app or otherwise notifying you. Your continued use of the Card after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
17) No Warranties
Except as required by law, the Program and Card are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind (express, implied, or statutory), including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
18) Limitation of Liability

We will not be responsible for unauthorized use where you failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your Card details.
19) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyCash Pay line, the Issuer(s), Networks, and our/their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Card, or violation of applicable law.
20) Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, outages, failures of third-party systems, wars, civil disturbances, or governmental actions.
21) Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or successor at any time. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
22) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
23) Entire Agreement; Language
These Terms, together with any Issuer terms, Network rules, and in-app disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Program.
In case of translations, the English version governs (unless mandatory law requires otherwise).
